Training Talks believes that communication plays a vital role in both personal and management development. What you say, how you say it and how you look and behave takes centre stage in all our training programmes.

Our flexible training approach is valued by our clients. Training Talks provides half day workshops to three day management programmes. We manage group sessions, larger training events and 1:1 coaching.
 

Training Talks – 3 stages to success

Pre Course

  • For the best outcome, delegates need to know they are coming to a session and what is expected of them. We ensure clear objectives and outcome are communicated in advance to prepare our audience.

Course Delivery

  • Our courses are designed by experienced facilitators with a sound skills base who create a highly interactive learning environment, delivering with energy and enthusiasm to encourage skills transfer. Content is tailored with actual business examples to make the training more meaningful for the audience. Practical exercises, group work, discussion, real live scenarios and interaction are included.

Evaluation

  • Training Talks’ facilitators provide you with their observations and impression of the learning experience as we are keen to ensure that delegates transfer their skills to the workplace.
     
  • Our associate relationship with Keydigital Productions allows us to video your people learning and developing and capture this experience on a dynamic branded interactive CD rom or DVD which you can then use as an internal tool for Induction and internal communication.
